Is ARM really free to use? 
Yes. You will not be asked for payment upon sign up or during the duration of your ARM account.

How long does it take to set up ARM?
Setting up ARM takes less than an hour in total to do. All that is required is the initial sign up, downloading and installing our lightweight desktop application, and connecting your SAP system to ARM.

What are the technical requirements for setting up ARM?
You will be required to create a system user ID within your target SAP instance using provided authorizations. Instructions on how to do this will be provided after signing up.

How often will I get my risk snapshot?
Your risk snapshot will be delivered to your inbox once a month. You will also be able to access your snapshot (based on the last snapshot extract) from the ARM dashboard anytime by logging into ARM here.

Will my data be kept private and secure?
Yes. We use industry standard tunnel encryption technology between client and server (commonly known as SSL – Secure Socket Layers). In addition, we use encryption to secure all client data that is stored in the database. We do not collect any PII (Personally Identifiable Information), but only collect information pertaining to user IDs and roles.

Can I upgrade to see more of my risks or use more features?
You’re welcome to upgrade to Access Analyzer anytime during your ARM trial period. You can do so within the tool or by contacting our sales team directly.
